Friends of Affordable Housing is dedicated to expanding homeownership opportunities for New Jersey families earning between $75,000 and $200,000 while advancing long-term solutions to the state's housing crisis. With an estimated 300,000 new homes needed and many families now priced out of the market, we work with government, nonprofit, corporate, and community partners to turn underused housing resources into real opportunities. We advocate for practical solutions including affordable housing development, tiny home communities, public-private partnerships, and policy reform to expand homeownership, reduce homelessness, increase senior housing, and create stronger communities across New Jersey.
